The Dust-Free Bleaching Powder with high bleaching power has been formulated to lift hair up to 7 levels. The non-volatile formula is extremely quick and easy to mix and is suitable for any lightening technique. The mixture obtained has a velvety, lump-free texture, it adheres well to hair, it is easy to apply and guarantees perfectly uniform results. This powder allows you to obtain streaks, highlights and strong bleaching effects, while still being gentle on hair. Use: for every measuring cup (25 gr) of Bleach Powder Dust Free, depending on the bleaching effect desired, mix 50 ml (1+2) of Perfumed Oxidizing Cream at 10, 20, 30 or 40 volumes in a plastic bowl. Stir well, then using a tint brush, spread the mixture on the hair locks to be bleached. Indicative time of application (depending on the volume of peroxide used): from 10 to 15 minutes for medium bleaching; from 15 to 30 minutes for streaks or strong bleaching.
