Sparks HidraColor 20 Volume Creme Developer
SPARKS HIDRACOLOR 20 Volume Creme Developer is a standard lift formula to provide an even color canvas before your color application. Used with SPARKS HIDRACOLOR Powder Lightener, it is safe for relaxed hair and has optimal gray blending!

Ingredients: Water (Aqua/EAU), Hydrogen Peroxide, Cetyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, Stearyl Alcohol, PEG-100 Stearate, Phosphoric Acid.
Directions:
- Once you have chosen the correct shade and developer or activator, mix the proper amount of SPARKS HIDRACOLOR and SPARKS HIDRACOLOR Creme Developer or Activator in a non-metallic bowl.
- Mixing Ratio: 1 – part SPARKS HIDRACOLOR to 11⁄2 – parts SPARKS HIDRACOLOR Creme Developer/Activator
- Process for 30 minutes. For gray resistant hair, process for 45 minutes
