Extreme durability and high cutting edge stability due to the exclusive MICRO CARBIDE steel and the FRIODUR® ice tempering process at -180 °C. Powder-metal process distributes tiny particles of hard carbides evenly; very high concentration of vanadium. MICRO CARBIDE steel provides maximum hardness.
